Alvo Zero
Command Center
Última atualização: July 3, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Alvo Zero mobile app and website (the “Service”), which provide vehicle tracking and personal safety (SOS) features. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Alvo Zero provides live vehicle tracking (via GPS tracker devices), route history, geofences, remote vehicle commands (where included in your plan), and personal safety features such as SOS/panic alerts, live-location sharing, emergency contacts and groups.
Some features depend on hardware (a compatible tracker installed in the vehicle with an active SIM/data plan), on your device permissions (including location), and on network availability.
Subscriptions and plan upgrades are sold only on our website. The mobile app is a companion for monitoring and safety and does not sell subscriptions or process payments.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The SOS/panic and location-sharing features are a convenience to help you notify the contacts, groups and/or monitoring center you have configured. They are NOT a substitute for official emergency services.
In an emergency, always call your local emergency number (for example 112 in Europe/Ireland, 911, or 190/192/193 in Brazil) directly.
We do not guarantee that an SOS alert will be delivered, received, seen, or acted upon, nor that location will be accurate or available. Delivery depends on your device, permissions, battery, connectivity, third-party networks and the availability of your contacts.
Vehicle location comes from the installed tracker device and depends on GPS reception, the device’s SIM/data plan and cellular coverage, and the telematics provider. Positions may be delayed, approximate, or temporarily unavailable (e.g., dead zones, powered-off device, expired SIM).
Mobile-device location depends on the permissions you grant (including background/“Always” for certain safety features) and on your device’s GPS and settings.
You are responsible for maintaining the tracker’s connectivity (including the SIM/data plan) where that is your responsibility.
If your plan includes remote commands such as fuel/ignition cut, you may only use them lawfully, on vehicles you own or are authorized to control, and only when it is SAFE to do so.
NEVER cut fuel/ignition on a moving vehicle or in a way that could endanger any person. Commands must be used only when the vehicle is stopped and safe. You are solely responsible for the consequences of any command you send.
Commands depend on device and network availability and may be delayed or fail. We are not liable for the outcome of remote commands.
Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including privacy and vehicle/telematics regulations.
Only track vehicles you own or are authorized to track, and only share or request location where you have the right and consent to do so. Do not use the Service to stalk, harass or unlawfully monitor any person.
Do not interfere with, reverse engineer, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Paid plans are contracted on our website and billed through our payment provider. Prices, plan limits (e.g., number of devices), and billing cycles are shown at checkout.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription as described on the website. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
The Service relies on third parties (including the telematics/tracking provider, maps provider, payment provider, and push/notification providers). Your use of those features may be subject to the third parties’ own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks and content, is owned by Alvo Zero or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works except as permitted by law.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or that alerts or location will be timely, delivered or acted upon. Your use is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alvo Zero and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, vehicle, profits or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service, including any failure or delay of SOS alerts, location, notifications or remote commands. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or its users. Certain provisions survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability).
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place where the contracting Alvo Zero entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
