Yes. The tracker is installed in the vehicle and works with motorbikes, e-bikes, bicycles and cars. On e-bikes the cut-off is electrical.
Automatically: 10 points per euro paid on the subscription and 100 points per completed tow. The balance shows in the app and on the Apple Wallet card.
You pay the partner directly, at the price shown before requesting (call-out + km or fixed). Alvo Zero vets the partner and tracks the job.
Only members with a tracker whose vehicle was nearby in the last 24 hours. They see your name and the request point; your phone shows only to whoever offers.
No. The center speaks Portuguese and liaises with the authorities for you.
